The Broadband Tax Institute Annual Conference will be held at The Breakers,
Palm Beach, Florida. A block of
rooms is being held for conference registrants.
Registrants are responsible for
making their own hotel reservations and may do so online at https://book.passkey.com/go/BTI26. The contracted
room rate is $399. Early registration and reservations are
encouraged. The following policies
are applicable to room reservations: A one-night room deposit, excluding tax,
is required at time of reservation. Failure
to arrive on your scheduled date will result in a cancellation of the
reservation and deposit forfeiture. All
reservations require a valid credit card and picture identification at time of check-in. All room rates are subject to prevailing fees/taxes. The BTI block of rooms will be released for
sale to the public on September 1, 2026. Requests for accommodation after that date,
or sooner if the block sells out, cannot be ensured, and based on categorical
and rate availability.
~ If paying your
registration fees via check, please make checks payable to the Broadband
Tax Institute. Please attach
your check to a copy of your registration form and contact Jennifer Justis via
email @ jennifer_justis@comcast.com for mailing instruction. Registrations
will not be considered complete until your payment has been received. Registrations cannot be accepted over the
phone and/or via fax. Registrations may
be completed online via credit card at www.broadbandtax.org.

the following important information: Refunds for conference cancellations
made after Friday, September 25, 2026, will be made at the sole discretion of
the BTI. Conference fees for registrants include the following: Welcome Cocktail
Reception on Sunday, October 18; Continental Breakfast, Luncheon, and Cocktail Reception on Monday, October 19; Continental Breakfast, Luncheon, and Cocktail
Reception on Tuesday, October 20; Continental Breakfast on Wednesday, October 21;
All Refreshment Breaks and all Conference Materials. The fees for spouse/guest
include the following: Welcome Cocktail Reception on Sunday, October 18; Cocktail
Reception on Monday, October 19; Cocktail Reception on Tuesday, October

Dress Code / Weather ~ Attire is business casual throughout. You may want to bring a light jacket/sweater
for air-conditioned conference rooms. In mid-October Palm Beach has an average high
temperature of 84 degrees and an average low temperature of 70 degrees. Average
Sunrise is 7:23 AM; Sunset is 6:45 PM.

The Annual BTI Golf Tournament will be starting at 12:30 PM on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at The Breakers ~ Ocean Course. Range balls, golf cart, boxed lunch and beverage cart are included with the golf activity fee. Please note: The activity credit is intended for use by the attendee but may be transferred to the attendee’s guest. One activity per attendee. Cost for club rental is at the sole responsibility of the individual. Please reserve.

Once your registration and payment are received noting your interest in the spa, you will be sent an email with information on spa treatments and instructions on how to make your spa reservations. Please make your spa reservations early to ensure availability. Please note: The activity credit is intended for use by the attendee but may be transferred to the attendee’s guest. One activity per attendee. Any amount exceeding $200 will be the sole responsibility of the individual. Reservations must be made in advance.
