The Broadband Tax Institute Annual Conference will be held at the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, California. A block of rooms is being held for conference registrants. Registrants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations and may do so by calling 1-800-930-5146 or online at https://book.passkey.com/go/BroadbandTaxConference. If making your reservation via phone, please remember to specify that you are with the "Broadband Tax Institute Annual Conference". The contracted room rate is $349. Early registration/reservations are encouraged. The following policies are applicable to room reservations: Two-night room deposit is required at time of reservation. Cancellation policy: There is a 7-Day modification/cancellation policy. If a reservation is modified/cancelled within 7 days of arrival, the full deposit will be forfeited. Failure to arrive on your scheduled date will result in a cancellation of the reservation and deposit forfeiture. If a reservation is reduced in length of stay within the cancellation period, a penalty fee may apply. All reservations require a valid credit card and picture identification at time of check in. All room rates are subject to prevailing fees/taxes. The BTI block of rooms will be released for sale to the public on September 24, 2021. Requests for accommodations after that date, or sooner if the block sells out, cannot be ensured.

Registrations will not be considered complete until your payment has been received. Registrations cannot be accepted over the phone and/or via fax. Conference fees for registrants include the following: Welcome Cocktail Reception/Entertainment on Sunday, October 24; Continental Breakfast, Luncheon, and Cocktail Reception/Entertainment on Monday, October 25; Continental Breakfast, Luncheon, and Cocktail Reception/Entertainment on Tuesday, October 26; Continental Breakfast on Wednesday, October 27; All Refreshment Breaks and all Conference Materials. The fees for spouse/guest include the following: Welcome Cocktail Reception/Entertainment on Sunday, October 24; Cocktail Reception/Entertainment on Monday, October 25; Cocktail Reception/Entertainment on Tuesday, October 26.
